PMO - Project Management Officer, Asset Management (Ref. #21055)

Description:
For our client, an international insurance company, we are looking for a PMO - Project Management Officer for mid-August / early September. You will support the Asset Management department in planning, recording and information tasks, cover all development-flanking and -supporting tasks and thus maintain the overall view of the project or projects. Your Tasks:
- Ensure Project Management Standards are applied
- Ensure & Develop Governance
- Support Proiect & Manage Project Manager
- Project Controlling
- Resources Management
- Inter-project Communication
- Prepare Presentations
- Maintain Lessons Learned
- very good English skills
Requirements:
you bring the following knowledge and experience:
- 3-5 years of experience Experience in project management and in the application of different project management methods is an advantage
- Knowledge in structuring, organising and implementing projects
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- IT background and SAP knowledge advantageous
- Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German an advantage
- Independent and goal-oriented way of working with very good time management skills
- Strong analytical thinking skills and skilled in communicating complex issues
