Remote SAP S/4HANA Finance & Tax Consultant (Ref. #26307)

Description: 

For an international SAP S/4HANA transformation project, we are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance & Tax Consultant to support Finance, Tax, and Compliance activities. The role focuses on SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration, finance process optimization, tax compliance, and cross-functional integration.

  • Support the Tax team in SAP S/4HANA transformation activities.
  • Analyze, design, and optimize SAP Finance and Tax processes.
  • Support the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
  • Participate in data migration, testing, training, and deployment activities.
  • Ensure seamless integration between SAP Finance (FI), Materials Management (MM), and Sales & Distribution (SD).
  • Support SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC), e-Invoicing, and tax compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Logistics, and Compliance stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into effective SAP functional solutions.
  • Identify integration challenges and contribute to solution design and implementation.
Requirements: 
  • Strong functional expertise in SAP Finance (FI), including:
    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Fixed Assets (AA)
    • Tax processes
  • Proven experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
  • Hands-on experience with data migration, testing, training, and deployment.
  • Good understanding of SAP FI integration with MM and SD.
  • Knowledge of SAP DRC, e-Invoicing, and tax compliance requirements.
  • Ability to collaborate across Finance, Tax, Logistics, and Compliance workstreams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution design capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience with international tax and regulatory reporting requirements. (Nice to Have)
  • Knowledge of SAP PaPM (Profitability and Performance Management).(Nice to Have)
  • Exposure to SAP RAM solutions.(Nice to Have)
  • Experience in global SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.(Nice to Have)
